Safe phones

The Rotary Club of Goolwa, in consultation with the Centre Management, has installed a collection box for old usable mobile phones.

It is secured next to the Rotary Notice Board.

A company DV Safe Phone in Queensland reinvents these phones to be safe to donate to Women, Men and Children in Domestic Violence situations.

A second collection box is held in The Haven in the Council Library.

The Rotary Club has already collected 30 phones.
