About Us

The Fleurieu Sun was founded in 2022 to cover news and events throughout South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.

The newspaper is a voice for the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale wine region.

The Fleurieu Sun is a part of the SA Today stable which includes 16 regional newspapers across regional South Australia.

The team is lead by Editor Michael Simmons and advertising Sales Manager Andrea Ascensio. The SA Today General Manager is Renee Bennett.

Operating from the old Telegraph Station in Coral Street, Victor Harbor, the Fleurieu Sun employs a strong team of local reporters and salespeople.
