The Yankalilla Ladies Probus Club commenced 2025 at its January meeting with a good and exciting time had by all.
The guest speaker was Lisa Pearson, Group Manager for Economy, Tourism and Community at the District Council of Yankalilla.
Lisa gave an entertaining talk on her life, her work and experiences before joining the council, and members thoroughly enjoyed her sharing these moments with them.
A breakfast brunch at Aqua Blue, adjacent to Normanville Jetty, will beckon some members on February 14 – Valentine’s Day – at 10.30am and, with a bit of luck, the ladies may just get a glimpse of the dolphins.
The club’s next meeting is on Wednesday, February 26 at 10am at the RSL Hall, 18 Main South Road, Normanville.
At this meeting there will be a representative from the Hearing Dogs Australia as a guest speaker to tell members about the role of this important organisation.
There may be a furry friend attend as well.
